Studio Rules

Health & Safety

• No members or guests under 18 years of age
• No pets are permitted in the studio; only legally recognized service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome
• Members with medical concerns should consult their physician before use
• Members agree that they are in good enough physical condition to enter and exit chairs safely and to safely endure the pressure and movement of the chairs
• In case of medical emergency, call 911. An emergency contact number for studio management is posted inside the suite.
• Members are responsible for reviewing the safety warnings in the chair manuals. Copies are provided here: Ocho Manual and Koyo Manual

Dress Code & Hygiene

• Members must be free of dirt, mud, or debris before using the chairs
• Members must be dry and free of perspiration when using the chairs
• Long sleeves and long pant legs must be worn at all times in the chair for hygiene purposes
• Shoes must be removed before using the chairs; socks are required
• Members will wipe down their chair after use with the provided non-alcoholic wipes

Facility Use

• No food or drinks (including water) are to be consumed while in the chairs
• Members must leave the suite in the condition they found it; please wipe down chair surfaces with provided wipes or cloths after use
• Members should report any equipment malfunctions, cleanliness concerns, or maintenance needs via the app or email
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio or within 25 feet of the entrance

Privacy & Security

• Members must not share their door code with anyone, including other members; shared codes will result in immediate membership termination
• Members must ensure the door is fully locked prior to using the chairs and upon leaving the studio
• The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items

Guests

• Members may bring one guest per month; guests must be at least 18 years of age and agree to abide by all membership rules
• Members are responsible for their guests' conduct and any damages caused by guests

Conduct

• Members should arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend the reserved time slot
• Please silence phones and maintain a peaceful atmosphere
• Members agree to be held responsible for any damages to chairs that occur from abnormal or forced use

Violations

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership without refund, at management's discretion.
